The Certified Coin Exchange site is constantly being enhanced with new content and new features.  While we can't possibly list all the new content we add to this site (much of it changes daily), we will certainly keep you up to date with the latest new features we implement.

As new features are added to the site we will post a notice on this page, along with New feature visual aids placed throughout the site noting when something new has been added.  Please be sure to check this page periodically to keep up to date on the latest enhancements and/or view the history of changes to this site.

Independent Coin Grading Company (ICG) has been added as an approved grading service for trading on CCE Generic - The BIG Market!, where the industries top market makers offer trading in large volumes of generic Gold and Silver coins.

The Certified Coin Exchange launches a new market called CCE Generic - The BIG Market!, where the industries top market makers offer trading in large volumes of generic Gold and Silver coins.  In conjuction with this launch we have revised the CCE Exchange rules related to quantity and incremental pricing, see CCE Exchange Rules for details.

CCE has added (2) new coins to 25 Cent Statehood, MS & PR (QSH) in the Coin Catalog.  The new coins are the 2004-D Wisconsin Extra Leaf coins.

CCE has introduced a new category, $1 Morgan, GSA Hoards, NGC only (GSA) to the Coin Catalog.  With this change, there are now 60 new coins in the catalog.

CCE has introduced folders to the Send stored message page.  You can define up to 10 folders for managing your FACTS stored messages.  Now you can archive those seldom referenced messages and keep your main folder down to a reasonable size.  Give it a try!

The Certified Coin Exchange launches a new dealer-to-dealer section on it's CCE site.  FACTS TRAK gives dealers access to more coin listings by CCE dealers in a searchable coin database.  This new section can be accessed through a link on the main CCE page or use the CCE menu on the left hand column of the screen (FACTS TRAK is located between the menu items FACTS MESSAGES and CCE/FACTS MEMBERS) .

CCE has introduced one new category, $1 Eisenhower, MS & PR (1ED) and updated two existing categories 3 Cent Nickel, Proof (N3P) and 5 Cent Shield, Proof (NSP) in the Coin Catalog.  With this change, there are now 109 new coins in the catalog.

CCE has introduced a new category, 50 Cent Franklin, Full Bell Lines (HFB) to the Coin Catalog.  With this change, there are now 35 new coins in the catalog.

CCE has introduced two new categories, 10 Cent Roosevelt, Mint State (DRM) and 50 Cent Kennedy, Mint State (HKM) to the Coin Catalog.  With this change, there are now 215 new coins in the catalog.

A number of enhancements have been made to the CCE Trading Floor, making it more convenient to edit your CCE prices on the site. Some of the new features include...
  • You can easily Restore bid prices, recently removed by CCE trading rules.
  • View My Inactive Prices compared to the market, with option to activate the price.
  • Edit quantity, as well as price in all (edit-in-place) reports.
  • Edit Active/Inactive status on all compare to market reports.
  • View grading service population figures on all compare to market reports.
  • You can also view Another Dealer's Price report.
  • Also available, a number of new features in Send stored message...

The new Message Ticker feature has been added to the site, allowing a dealer, working from his desk, to keep up with the latest FACTS message traffic in a "hands free" mode.  You can also keep up with the latest spot metal prices in a frame at the top of the page.  The Spot and Message frames auto-refresh throughout the day.  Here's how it works...
  • Bring up the Message Ticker popup screen (accessed from the FACTS Messages menu).
  • Maximize the window if you'd like to take advantage of the entire screen.
  • Sit back and review the traffic as it scrolls on your screen.
  • Click the company name link and reply-to a message or click 'Send New Message'.
  • If you are working across the room, the page will notify you when a new "direct" or new "broadcast" traffic has arrived by playing a sound on your computer.  Note: Internet Explorer browser, sound card and speakers are required to hear the sound.  Directs and Broadcasts have separate sounds.
  • Important: To take full advantage of the features available on the Message Ticker, a sound card and speakers are strongly recommended.

A number of enhancements have been made to the FACTS Message system, making it more convenient to work with the traffic on the site. Some of the new features include...
  • Elimination of duplicate messages during message searches.
  • Allow dealers to define a "dealer stop list".
  • Elimination of the main menu on most FACTS Message pages to free up screen real estate.
  • Expand the character count on messages from 500 characters to 2000.
  • Allow messages to be "saved without sending" during message edit.
  • Add link to dealers web site while viewing message traffic.

A number of enhancements have been made to coin price editing, making it more convenient to edit coin prices from a number of locations on the site. Some of the new features include...
  • Edit your coin prices directly from the View Coin Market page.
  • Edit your coin prices in Compare my prices to the Market report.
  • Edit your coin prices in Compare my prices to another Dealer report.
  • You can now select a Spread or Complete Price report for an individual category.
  • Create your own My Favorite price reports, by defining sets of categories.

You can now keep track of your Unread Broadcasts and never miss a message, simply by checking the Read Broadcasts page throughout the course of the day.  No more guessing where you left off on searching the message traffic or searching through traffic you've already read.  Each time you click Read Broadcasts from the main menu we will present you with all broadcast traffic since the last time you checked.  This new feature will also give you a reminder message at the top of the page to let you know how many Broadcast messages have come in since the last time you checked Read Broadcasts (in the last 24 hours).

An underbidder price is now shown on "My Active Prices Compared to the Market" reports.  The underbidder price allows you to see if you are too high above the next higher bidder or if there is even another bidder in that market, ALL from a single report!

Six new reports have been added to the redesigned Price/Trade reports page.  CCE Members may now examine their coin prices using a variety of methods, including a report to compare your prices with another dealer, a report that shows which coins you have the "market" price, and much much more...  Also available is a new customizable trade report to find CCE Last Trade information on a particular category of coins during a particular time range.  If you have any suggestions for new reports please email them to Comments@CertifiedCoinExchange.com or call Help Desk at 1-800-733-6623.

A number of major enhancements have been made to the Global Coin Price Edit feature on the Certified Coin Exchange.  This feature allows a dealer to modify a group of prices using a single update rule.  Some of the new features include...
  • Adjust your coin prices by a specified amount.
  • Adjust your coin prices by a specified percentage.
  • Adjust your coin prices, deleting specified bid or ask prices.
  • Adjust your coin prices to Match the market.
  • Adjust your coin prices to Lead the market.
  • Adjust your coin prices to Follow the market.
  • Delete your coin prices by groups.
  • You can also Inactivate/Reactivate your coin prices by groups as well.

CCE has recalculated the Coin Catalog to bring the biddable population down to 3 (from 8).  With this change, there are now 773 new coins in the catalog that are now biddable, which were not before.  This also upgraded the biddable status for some 2090 coins to a higher grade (for instance, a coin that was biddable in grade 64 is now biddable up to grade 66).  The recalculation of biddable population increases the number of coins available for trading on the Certified Coin Exchange.

  • Market activity by category is now available while viewing the coin catalog.
  • Add/Edit your CCE coin prices by category.
  • Edit your prices in ALL grades while in View Coin Market.
  • Redesign of the Edit-by-Grade page.  We now show the HighBid/LowAsk in each grading service while you're editing your prices.
  • Plus, updated [Hints] references (link located at the top of most pages) to help you with specific instructions on pages throughout the site.

You can now shop online at CCE Collector's Corner.  Browse the listings in CCE Collector's Corner and add items of interest to your shopping cart.  After you are finished selecting your items, go through check out and place your order with the CCE dealer.  It's that easy.

The new pagination feature was added to the View listings section of Collector's Corner to improve the delivery of listings.  This feature now "pages" the delivery of search results into blocks of 50 listings.  You can now walk through the search results 50 listings at a time using PREV/NEXT links or jump to a specific page number.  This allows you to scan through more data easier.

The new feature Upload your listings gives CCE dealers a method for uploading their Collector's Corner listings in one easy step.  This feature allows a dealer to maintain their Collector's Corner listings in their own inventory program, export their listings to a file and upload that file to CCE for loading into the Collector's Corner database.  It's that easy!  For more information on file specifications for the upload process, please refer to the documentation available in Upload your listings or contact CCE for assistance.

The Certified Coin Exchange launches a new business to consumer section on it's CCE site.  CCE Collector's Corner gives consumers access to a number of numismatic related listings by CCE dealers.  This new section can be accessed through a link on the main CCE page or use the CCE menu on the left hand column of the screen (COLLECTORS CORNER is located between the menu items CCE MEMBERS and CCE COIN AUCTIONS) .

The new feature Log out of CCE allows a dealer to log out of the CCE site and convert to Visitor level permissions.  This feature allows a dealer to log out of the CCE site when using a PC located away from their home or office (eg. customer site, coin show, hotel, etc.).  The log out removes all CCE related cookie information from the PC you are working on.

A new option in Send stored message allows a user to send multiple stored messages in a single process.  A user can also delete multiple stored messages in the same fashion.  A message can also be flagged for deletion from the stored message database after it has been sent.

The new feature Member Rosters is added to provide CCE members with a printable CCE Membership Directory and Roster.  The Membership reports are available in a number of different sort types, such as, Company, State and UID.

A format option is added to Read broadcasts that allows a user to specify whether the message traffic is displayed in plain text (no links) or HTML (full links).  Note: The plain text format provides a smaller downloadable size when pulling down an entire week of message traffic.
